Challengers will be equipped with…
3 new challenging workouts per week of the Challenge designed for results – including workouts to be completed at Achieve! Fitness Center and workouts that can be completed at your home. Instructional videos will be provided to demonstrate exercises.
FREE, Unlimited, Access to Achieve! Fitness Center during regularly scheduled operating hours throughout the Challenge! Achieve! Fitness Center Membership is not required for participation in the Fitness Challenge.
Nutritional Guidance of a general nature to help all of those calories from Holiday Treats & Sweets.
Challengers will be expected to…
Attend a Gym Orientation to set goals and learn about the gym equipment.
Attend weekly Check Ins at the gym to track progress and success.
Complete at least one workout per week at Achieve! Fitness Center.
Join the private Facebook Group created for the Fitness Challenge to receive updates, workout outlines, and general nutritional guidance.

Complete the Challenge, including all workouts and Check Ins, and Meet Your Goals and you will be refunded $20 of the cost to participate in the Challenge OR chose a $25 credit toward your First Month and Start Up Fees of a New 3, 6 or 12 Month Achieve! Fitness Center Membership!

Your Fitness is an ongoing process – the Fitness Challenge will be a great Jump Start to your fitness. Overall fitness, including muscle gains and weight loss, takes time and sustained effort. Get started, or re-started, with our Challenge!
